Second worst milk tea place I've ever been in Melbourne. I had to repeat my order three times as the wait staff doesn't understand. The important part is that I ordered Taro milk tea and when I taste it, the powder hasn't melt in the drink yet! Many powder chunk was still a lot in the tea. Cannot drink it after one sip.. Cannot believe I pay tips as well for this horrible drink.
