Visisted their new store in Marrickville Metro and purchased a iPhone/iPad stand recommended by the staff.
Unfortuanyly the stand kept falling over during presentations while trying to hold an iPad on the stand. Took the stand back to the store under 2 weeks later, for a refund as the stand was not fit for purpose. Staff refused to honur a refund of the faulty not fit for purpose stand - only offering a store credit which was only valid for 12 months. Have logged a complaint with the ACCC

Went in for a screen protector after having just bought a good quality case from the optus store, was sold a glass screen protector as i wanted the best protection for a brand new phone, i asked if it will fit with the case i had just bought, was told the glass protector is a little bigger than the plastic one but it should fit, after installing the glass one it did not fit inside my new case, i was offered a plastic screen protector for free, so i have paid $60 for a plastic screen protector that after installation had bubbles in it, wow what a great deal.. i would go somewhere else next time!!!

Avoid at all costs. My screen was replaced and was supposed to covered under a 90 day warranty. I was told at the time of replacement there was an issue with screen as it did not fully close onto the base of the phone. But not to worry, bring it back in the 90 days if i had any issues. Low and behold, the issue became worse so i took it back a month later. I was told it was not covered under warranty as it was the base of the phone and that I had to pay another 160 dollars to fix the same problem. Unashamed money grabbers with no moral compass! Come here if you want to be lied to and thoroughly ripped off.

Very low quality screen replacements.Mine broke as soon as I got it home. Refused to give refund, a discount or replacement. Very bad people. Horrible customer service!

Extremely unprofessional and inexperienced with the basic essential knowledge required to run a phone repair shop in this day and age. I took my iphone 5 to get my screen repaired, upon picking it up I started experiencing issues with the display which were not apparent before taking it to the store. I returned to the store, only for them to take the phone back for almost a week and give it back to me fixed but with all of my data deleted. They admitted they had broken the phone but would not give my money back. They deleted all my photos, contacts and applications. They advised that it was in the terms and conditions and were not liable, yet they didn't tell me to back up the data and I assumed it wasn't necessary when it was a mere screen replacement.. Do not use this company...
