We contacted TechFlare for a few minor projects on our website. While they seemed professional at first, the work they produced was subpar. They never delivered their work on time, and when they did, it was lacking quality and they did not follow the clear instructions we highlighted in our design briefs. The team had a lacklustre and apathetic attitude about resolving our issues and were more concerned about payment, hours and "what was in the scope" as opposed to completing the task they agreed to do. Their lack of focus on customer satisfaction left such a bad taste in our mouth we cancelled the project mid-way through and have had to use our own developed to complete the project at hand. We will never use or refer work to TechFlare, and hold them in the lowest regard.
