We had a horrific experience with Techniblock. Workmen turned up sporadically, were only on site for 1-3 hours a day so the job took 3 times longer than it should have. They also did some major damage to our sewer pipe and refused to take responsibility. Was an absolute nighmare.

Dreadfully rude, not helpful and worst follow through. When parting with hard earned money best it goes to respectful companies with integrity.

Techniblock restumped a whole house for us in Boronia a bit under a year ago and we were very happy with the work and the service. They provided the most professional quote that was also well-priced (we had a budget so I got a lot of quotes!). We hit a few problems with asbestos found buried under the house, but they communicated with us throughout the entire process, and were respectful and friendly to the tenant living in the house while works were being done.
Highly recommended!

Techniblock recently finished underpinning part of our house and garage. I was not looking forward to the work, which went on for two weeks, but need not have worried. From the start Matt and his team worked hard, digging down to what seemed to be the centre of the earth. They were polite, friendly and answered all my queries. Scott dropped by to supervise on a daily basis and kept me up to date on developments. They even managed to tunnel under the paved front entrance so as to avoid disturbing it. The end result was very satisfactory, the two large bins in the street were removed promptly and everywhere they had been working was tidied up and cleaned. Techniblock then sent along Josiah (the world's best concreter, according to Scott) who did a terrific job of restoring the floor of the garage to its original smooth surface.

A big sigh of relief it's all over and a big thank you to everyone.

Poor customer service , job was poorly done. Definitely do not recommend Techniblock , major rip offs! They all use sub contractors to fulfill there jobs
