Tecoma Charcoal Chicken

I realy enjoyed the food and thought there service was great, I'd highly recommend tecoma charcoal chicken.

Cannot imagine a better eatery or takaway for food quality. We live and work nearby and if anyone brings in their chips for lunch they need to order the next size up. We get Chckens that are not fatty or greasy, as such they could be considered a bit dry but they are still suprisingly moist and I think much more healthy. The stuffing is like the best home made stuffing. I get the greek salad which is always fresh, would like a little more fetta but I am now getting greedy. A great place for lunch or take home which we do every week when working late.

Have been going here since it opened. The food used to be very good, but over the last few months the standard of the food has gone downhill. The chicken is often dry, and the chips are re-cooked. By that I mean that chips are cooked once, then if they are not sold, they are left and re-cooked with the next batch which leaves them crumbly, dry, oily and hollow - not nice. I like to support local business, I tried them again today, and the food is still the same, I wont be going back.

Had the takeaway from here a few times and can say that it has always been nice. The shop is always very clean, and they have a nice chook, nice chips and nice gravy. They seem to be the pick of the 'chicken shops' in the hills at the moment.
