We think this Centre is good for our tiny toddler. I was inspired to write this, not because I'm particularly excited about Teddy Bears, but after viewing some bad Centres this was a refreshing find. The management staff seem professional and honestly interested in providing a good experience. There seems to be a relatively low turn-over rate compared to other Centres and some really lovely carers. There is lots of space and fun stuff for the kids both indoors and out - what a great location. They seem to think about different activities to engage the tiny toddlers Overall the Centre has a warm and fun atmosphere and is very well appointed. That said, it's not perfect, and my Husband and I occassionally have a grumble about some individual Carer practices or decisions or a day with a nappy not properly changed, but from what I hear, no where is perfect.
Well Teddy bears are a family orientated centre and bend over backs to deal with parents like myself and others i know are out there and that find something new every hour to whinge about.
Like all work places they have im sure they have staff that dont like each other but they work together as a team, and the children are well feed, looked after and each staff member would jump infront of a child to save their life if need be.
