Ted's Cameras Canberra Centre

My daughter visited from NY for my birthday. She bought a camera from Ted's Canberra Center. Unfortunately, they do not have a black camera. They promised that I can change the white camera for a black one when it's available. My daughter returned to NY, so I took my birthday gift from her to Ted's to change the color. They were very helpful but unfortunately do not have a black camera. However, they took down my contact details and assured me that as soon as they get a black camera in, they would call me. Within a week, they called me and I went in and changed my camera colour. Fantastic and courteous service. Very professional too.#reviewtowin

Recently went into the Canberra Centre store and was served by the very knowledgeable and courteous Darcy. He was very helpful and took a lot of time to make sure that we were happy with our purchase and we had everything we needed before we left the store. The store was very busy and our many questions were all answered. This was our first time we have been to Teds and will purchase from there again

I use to be a huge advodate of Ted's Canberra city - and would recommend that my friends go to that particular store (and pay more then at Big W or Dick Smith for photo development) due to the postive experience they would have - in terms of customer service and product. I will no longer make that recommendation. I don't write reviews often, but I was so compelled by the poor customer service that I felt it my duty to share with others my thoughts. After going in to the store 3 times recently to print off photos, on all 3 occasions I have been greeted with nothing but rudeness. There have always been multiple customers in the store - and many staff members out the back not attending to the people waiting in the front of the store ... when I finally did get served, I was told that they couldn't help me - and finding an alternative was like pulling out teeth - painful.
