Ted's Cameras Fountain Gate

Great shop! and friendly staff the price's aren't so low but the sales representatives are usually open to negotiation, however if you customer service and long-term customer service is important to you ted's customer service is at another level. I have had problem with a fluid head I purchased lost my invoice and they where so helpful. Thank you Timur

I really like this shop, have always found the staff to be helpful. I also regularly use teds to print out photos to avoid the queues at other larger retailers. If you join their camera club (its free) you get a substantial discount on the printing prices aswell as other great deals. I recomend this store.

I have been here on several occasions when planing on making substantial photography equipment purchases. Every time, I have been ignored for long periods of time, given wrong information and the times when I have been served promptly they have been very rude, uninterested in assisting me and blow me off like an annoyance. This place is terrible and I wouldn't recommend it at all. The staff all need to be fired along with the management and new, friendlier and more knowledgeable staff hired!

So rude! I would have spent hundreds of dollars here, but the sales associate was clearly not interested in helping me and when I asked about a specific photo restoration technique I'd seen they said, "Yeah, good luck with that" and walked off.
