Ted's Cameras Melbourne

What can i say. Happy above normal expectations. Normally staff have little interest in you unless spending big in certain shops. I had difficult issues with my camera and lense. I was immensly surprised at the knowledge and passion to which i was served and my issues sorted. Not having sales pitches jammed down my throat i found myself contemplating upgrading my gear possibly. I will be returning and recommending this store. Thank you..for the service... something so lacking these days...

The sales people in this store are terrible, my wife bought a camera for me un beknown to me ( a birthday present) and when I found out whats she paid and how the guy , Tom tried to continually upsell her I was disgusted , avoid this store at all costs.

I go here a lot to purchase my camera stuff. There's one particular gentlemen who I like to go to although I can't remember his name. The prices here are already quite good, but they can always do better, especially if you find it cheaper else where. The staff are on top of the products, they're very knowledgable and friendly, although sometimes you just want to browse in peace and staff after staff come and approach you.

Ted's staff is really knowledgeable and willing to help you get the best camera for your needs. This is no simple task! Staff know what questions to ask to help you decide. They have a great range of cameras and equipment and I always leave wanting to buy something else.

My camera was missing a part. Took several hours for them to return my calls and several days before they posted the missing part.
