Excellent store and service as I needed an Olympus camera urgently and this store ensured I received it beore my holiday (I bought it online but spoke to the salesperson first) and they kept me updated every few days so I was certain it would arrive in time! Brilliant ! Thank you!

I usually steer clear of camera department stores, and for good reason - my recent experience at Ted's didn't help the cause. They sold me a lens with the wrong mount for my camera and when I returned they refused a refund - pointing to a 'non refund policy for change of mind' sign. In my circumstance this was not 'change of mind' but lack of attention to detail on their part. After much heated discussion they finally honoured the refund - despite the fact they had initially insisted this was not possible and against policy. They get 2 stars for coming around in the end, but won't be shopping here again.

Not displeased with my purchase here, but yeah the service isn't exactly eye-watering. There must be some cost-effect balance with camera stores, the margins probably aren't great which doesn't make for great service. Nonetheless, they deserve a little more credit as it looks like they have gone to effort to improve things, based on the reviews and my experience.

On Tuesday 4th March 2015 I purchased a Panasonic V520M Camera Kit and I am extremely happy with it also they replaced the USB Cable for me last Friday morning for free since it didn't come with one.
