I booked my formal dress to get altered for today with Teena. I live about 40 minutes away from Rothwell but I went to Teena because of all the good reviews on truelocal and wherever else! So I travelled all the way there with my mother only to get there and Teena wasn't there..
We waited and waited, rang the phone a few times but she never showed up.
I am beyond disappointed, my formal is in 2 weeks and i travelled way too far to be stuffed around like that! Definitely not impressed.
Recently my daughter and I had the happy experience of engaging Teena to alter her wedding dress and my dress respectively and we could not have been HAPPIER. Teena is a consummate professional not willing at all to produce average work. Teena's attendance to detail is amazing and her ability to see cut / fit is dimensional. Teena is also highly empathic . . . she really REALLY cares about her clients and their family.
I could not recommend her highly enough.
