Emad, the fellow who manages TeleChoice Karingal, is one of the most efficient operators around! Every time my mobile is due for an upgrade, he sends me an SMS and I go to his kiosk and receive some of the best service you could find anywhere. He's patient in explaining everything you want to know, even if you aren't all that cluey about mobile phones, and makes sure you get it right.
Emad bends over backwards to help you out. Recently I've had trouble with my phone company and Emad has been sorting out my bills by calling and emailing the company to get them to fix the problem. And I only went to him to get a new phone!
He offers very friendly service, knows everthing there is to know about mobile phones, and makes sure you, the customer, are happy. You can't go past Emad if you want a new plan, mobile phone, or just to have the complexity of their functions explained to you.
