Scam Alert when you goto TeleChoice Werribee. I rang for a replacement SIM card and quoted $5. Go there to be asked for $10. Can't get their story straight. Such bad service. Requested the owner to call and never received it. Typical scam! ACCC and Fair Trading have been advised. Keep right away from TeleChoice Werribee Plaza
My 17 year old daughter dropped her brand new LG phone and cracked the screen. As the Telechoice kiosk in Werribee is next to her work she took it in for repair - ie replace the screen. The Telechoice repair team put the wrong screen on the phone and now it is not working. They knew it was the wrong screen at the time they put it on her phone as they did not charge her for it. They should of not taken the repair work if they were unable to repair the phone correctly. I have called and visited the Werribee Telechoice store numerous times over the last 6 weeks to resolve on my daughters behalf as now she does not have a working phone. I have been told 3 times over 3 weeks that the correct screen has been ordered and it will arrive by Friday. I called the management and left messages but they do not return my calls. ...read more
