Not bad, but can I take them at their word???
The service I've got at Castle Towers has been ok. Of course what really counts is the level of support you get if something goes wrong. They've been fairly helpful, but on every occasion when I've asked them if they could call me the next day for a follow up and they've promised that they will, I've ended up calling them the day after not receiving a call from them. So - can I trust their word?
