This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with.
I signed up with them on a 24 month plan with a phone. I took the phone home and the phone had a fault.
Less than 24 hours after signing with them, they wouldnt take back the phone.
They wouldnt even look at it until I became very unhappy.
They told me to go to the Apple store.
I know legally they have to return that phone and replace it if its not even 24 hours old.
There is also a cooling off period that they wouldnt expect either.
I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN, I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW HOW POOR SERVICE AND HOW BAD I WAS TREATED.
THEY SUPPLY DODGE PHONES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have been going to this shop for my mobile needs. They have looked after me quite well. One thing I like about them is the amount of time they spend in helping you on matters that they are not connected with, for instance, I go to them on how to download my SMS from my smartphone to my computer. I have not received better service elsewhere. I am happy to recommend them to anyone especially with the new management. Jack
