Telechoice

I mean seriously, staff behind the counter is the most unhelpful, unfriendly, unsmiling person i have dealt with in the shop. Staff really cannot be bothered with anything and answering any questions i had seemed like a chore.. I really felt uncomfortable bieng there and felt as though i could not even ask staff a most basic question .... I have been to their other branch and the people there are just so lovely and helpful... I have decided that i will no longer go to the Highpoint store but instead take my inquiries to their other franchise..
