Absolutely disgusting service at this store. Served by a staff that did not listen to me, did not explain anything, and was extremely arrogant and bragged being there for 12 Years. While on the store phone to Optus, interrupted me to tell me that all I needed to do was activate my new sim card. THEN after explaining, the staff wasn't listening,said to me, said 'are we done here?' and reached out his hand for me to hand the phone back, refusing to serve me further. Horrible, horrible experience. This is the worst customer service I have ever had in my entire life.
