Required technical information on specifics to set up the service, and the provider could not supply them. Further, attempted to make up the answer to a question when they didn't know it, and denied it when I called them out.
Dishonest and untrustworthy. Have found customer service practices to be very underhanded when John didn't like the direction of the conversation. Glad I found service elsewhere.
I signed up with Telecube based on the apparent affordability. The outside appearance of the company was questionable (quality of website poor, dead links) but I took the risk anyway.
I set up 1 DID (local number to forward to mobile). Upon testing, this number was forwarding to a random stranger. I called technical support and after several back-and-forths, which involved setting up 3 more DIDs until one worked, it was resolved. The technical person (Murray) promised to refund the rental for the 3 additional DIDs and email me a confirmation, neither of which happened. I then tried to remove the numbers and close my account, neither of which are possible from the user interface (insane).
I have requested in writing for my account to be deleted and refunded the rental paid to date. I will let you know the outcome of this.

They had a heap of trouble with the phone system I had calls missed, calls not going though and calls not being able to be rung at all. I spent a month on and off the phone and email with them trying to get it all fixed. Finally pulled the pin and went to their competition because I was losing too much money in lost work, let alone reputation. But then to make it worse, I had paid my account well in advance, so when I went to get a refund they said no. Apparently because I transferred my number to someone else instead of just cancelling it they were entitled to keep everything I had paid in advance. Come on, as if I am going to just let my number go! I set up a heap of advertising with this 1800 number why would I just let it go. Numbers are designed to be ported from one carrier to the next. The fact that the ...read more
Hi Ben,
Your credit is used up, there's nothing to refund. Your poor internet connection made it impossible for us to resolve your problems. Glad to hear you're happy with your new host. All the best.
