My order was unable to be delivered ( which I found out almost 24 hours later & after payment was made) and when I tried to organise a refund it was extremely difficult! I had to keep chasing this issue up and each time I spoke to someone, no-one knew what was going on. My money is still yet to be refunded a week later. This is made worse by the customer service which is very poor, very unprofessional and at times rude. I do not think this is good enough and wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!
I would like to start by saying that Teleflora's service is great! I made an order on line the other week and didn't add part of the delivery address. I didn't realise I had not done this and teleflora straight away contacted me at work on the phone. They didn't have my work number so they rang the home number I provided and spoke to my partner who gave them my work phone number. Teleflora tracked me down at work to get the rest of the address detail and got my order delivered very quickly. The flowers that my friend got were stunning and I'm so glad Teleflora went to such an effort to make sure my order got there. I want to say "Thank you" to Teleflora and I will be using you again. FANTASTIC is all I can say!
Ordered a Cyclamen plant for Mother's Day and it was not carried out. I was only told after contacting them, a number of excuses with information that should have been disclosed on their website before purchase. My Mother-in-Law did not want the random plant they delivered as a substitute 2 days after Mother's day so as it stands, they have taken my money and failed to deliver the service and product I paid for.
