I managed to crack my iPhone screen for a second time (well my son did). Was not happy with the last company I used the screen did not look right. I found this company via the apple website. Very happy with their work. The phone looks as good as new. Was a little off put by the other reviews however looking at the date they must of improved a lot since then. If my son breaks my screen I would use again.

I had to send my phone to this company for extended warranty work I was told it would be 5 - 10 working days...These people are very hard to contact... I was told every week for 34 days that it was being sent back to me next week !!!!.They NEVER return calls. They told the company that I purchased it from 1 story and me another. I have finally received my phone back no documentation as if the problem has been fixed after being told it was to be replaced. BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY SUCK !!!!!!!!!!!!

The fact that the word services & solutions is in their business name is a joke! This is the worst company ive ever had to deal with on the phone, they have never called me since sending off my ipod, i have called them, after a week of no contact from them i called and they told me my ipod would be fixed in a week....It has now been almost 6 weeks, i called them today and they told me they are waiting for a part and then pretty much hung up on me!
