Where do I start, I walked in with the intention of asking for help as I dropped my mobile while I was in the city! Only to be greeted by a sales person with attitude. I started to explain my situation and hoping that I wouldnt need to spend money to buy another one just yet! I was then told that I could either repair my screen or buy another phone. As my phone was getting older, I didn't have a problem as I knew that sooner or later I would need a new one. The problem begins! He stood there and never even picked up a phone to show me, he might strain his wrist picking up a small phone! To hard to pick up a phone and show customers these day's. After all there job is to heavy!! I went on to ask another staff member for help which she seemed just as fake as he did but never showed it as much as him! Extremely poor experience! The staff was very rude and when I objected to his way of talking, his senior sales staff intervened and stated I should either buy what I wanted or else leave the store!! Was very surprised by this boorish attitude!

Extremely poor service from this Telstra shop on the 2 occasions that I visited recently. A long wait and staff that don't seem particularly well trained or interested in their job (those that I came across anyway). A revision of very basic consumer law would be a start. All in all, an unpleasant experience which means I will simply shop elsewhere for phones and accessories, along with not recommending this store.
