I am sure that you do prefer your reviews to funny or helpful. This is tragic though and the only people it will help are those that read it an decide not to use telstra. Our business is the Waroona Hotel. We connected to the NBN with a DOT product rom telstra. This was 6 months ago. It still is not reliable. In the six months that we have had it I and my staff have spent more than 70 hrs on the phone being told to reset the modem, asked what phone do you have, have you reset the modem?, please hold, this reset will take at least 40 mins, ad nauseum and for ever and ever. I have had a technician here today, Melbourne Cup day, for 3 hours and guess what? it doesnt work again. We are a hospitality business . Our existence relies on our ability to interact with our customers by phone or the internet. If telstra are paying thier technicians the award rate they are well behind the marl on this connection.
