Please oh Please read every review you can on this shop before they get their hands on your hard earned money.
If you are looking to get service in addition to a product, please, there are so many other shops worthy of your business that would be only too happy to offer mover than a hand reaching out to your pocket. I read some (a lot) of the bad reviews about this shop and yet, because of convenience, I went in there. OMG it is sooooooooo bad, the wait, the service, the lack of customer empathy, I was just embarassed to think I had ever actually owned a Telstra product by the time I walked out of that store. I was told it would be at least an hour and half before anyone would be available to speak to me, asked for me phone number and they would call me, that was at 2pm in the afternoon, fortunately it was in a shopping centre so went and ha a look around, bought something to eat, went and sat in the car waiting ...read more

having to wait over 2 hours to get served well under staffed. abomination of a place. the owner NEEDS to be kicked out of the telstra franchice.

Staff very rude.

highly recommend you take your cash to a provider that RESPECTS its customers.
