Telstra Mosman

I've visited this store on several occasions over the past 2 years for various reasons. Most recently to purchase my latest Samsung phone. The service i have received up until now has been helpful & courteous. Today I had a technical problem with my phone & went to the store for advice. My problem was quickly dismissed by a condescending young employee who rightly or wrongly decided it wasn't a telstra issue & told me to go into the city to Samsung. I said that i had purchased the phone from this store & was hoping for some technical advise. I was imediately shut down & told that they couldn't help. After returning home feeling rebuffed my daughter googled my problem & 20 minutes later the issue sorted. Even if it wasnt a Telstra problem & a device issue was it too much to ask for the supposedly techno savy staff to take 5 minutes to suggest possible ways to solve my problem if they couldn't. The staff oozed superiority & indifference.

Was pretty excited to moving to a plan and finally getting off prepaid Telstra when it was announced the new iPhone 6S was getting launched. Came into this store to hopefully find out about the pricing and plans. The staff were rude and totally disinterested in explaining anything to me and instead pointed me to a sign on the middle display and said "read it for yourself there".
I decided to just buy the phone outright from Apple and not worry about it... Missed opportunity with a customer who was ready to buy.
