My goodness-what a terrible experience-staff not servicing any customers and have you waiting for 10 min to be told by a smirky staff member I can't help you with a Testra product signed up by me at a Telstra store.

Rather be an Optus customer even with what they just went thru-time the Gov come down on all these fools

Worst Telstra store ever, don't trust them if you have any urgent or important thing to fix!

I recently ventures in to make some enquiries prior to upgrading my contract. The staff were friendly and assisted with my queries without smothering or forcing the sale. The fresh new layout with the renovations is modern and easy to navigate around and they have all the new phone and tablet models hands on.
