Telstra Pakenham

This franchise Telstra Store has the worst service we have encountered. The Store Manager never returns calls and the staff have a severe attitude problem. Both our NBN and mobile experiences have been shocking from delaying service calls, to unsubstantiated service promises to false and dishonest advice. They have a resolutions staff member ( they obviously have a lot of complaints) who is rarely contactable and obviously, any complaints are not forwarded to Telstra. Try Fountain Gate Telstra Shop for a hopefully a better service.

Worst customer service ever. Sales assistant told my husband that we could get internet at our property through an iPad package and sold them an iPad, phone line, new phone etc to make it happen. Said that if it didnt connect properly then all of it could be removed from their bill (they never even took the iPad/phone etc from the store). My husband has now been back into the store around 6 times to try and get these things that we dont have removed from their bill and each time there is a new excuse as to why it hasnt been done. They have promised to phone my close of business on numerous days to update us and we have heard nothing. My hunband went back into store today to try and sort things out and the management staff saw him and decided that it was a good time to take lunch break. Terrible :(
