Great experience at Telstra Robina today. Staff were very professional and friendly. Very helpful. Well done.

Unprofessional, unhelpful, dont care! I am trying Telstra pre-paid and every time I load $30 or $50 it lasts just 1 or 2 hours before I am told I have no credit. I have lost over $200 trying to figure it out. I don't watch movies or download anything .

At Robina they told me I have not lost the credit and I am good to go. But whle trying to make a call or get on-line in front of the staff, they cannot fugure out why their message says 'I have no credit to make a call', and cannot explain why I cannot open the internet. ...read more

Very poor customer service. Will not honour return policy as indicated via TPA.

Shame I am locked into a 2 year contract, otherwise I would go with a different provider.

Had my phone for over 6 weeks getting fixed, but said it would take 5 working days.

It would have been OK for someone to say "Sorry about this big mixup", but they acted like its not their fault and they can't/won't do anything about trying to help the situation.

All they care about is the signup, not caring about the customer service after.

Was seriously looking at changing back to Telstra recently and had lovely service from the local store, just very unimpressed with their offers.
No discount for bundling multiple services, no unlimited internet plans and not so hot phone plans. Much better deals elsewhere.
