Telstra Strathpine

After spending much time on the telephone explaining our Telstra Data problem we were asked to go to the closest Telstra dealer the following morning.

We we're travelling and 24 hrs with no internet was a disaster and needed fixing asap.

We went to Strathpine shopping complex where a young man called Tom resolved our problem in less than a minute ???? We are not novices with iPads and it had us stumped??
Tom you are an asset to Telstra we have never experienced such a positive outcome with speed as my husband said you are the man Wish more Telstra dealers had people like you with your knowledge very much appreciated!

The customer service level at the Telstra Store Strathpine is abysmal. I called the store numerous times each day for FIVE (5) days & each time I called I left a message asking for someone to call me back after hearing the message that someone would call me back the same day. Well on the 5th day someone called me & when asked why it had taken so long I was told "WE DON'T HAVE THE STAFF TO CHECK THE MESSAGES EACH DAY, WE'RE SUPPOSED TO BUT WE JUST HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO, SO I'M CALLING YOU NOW" Having explained what I wanted I was told NO we can't make an appointment for you to come into the store & be seen because we have to manage our staff but if you come in you may be seen or you may be asked to come back later when we can see you! Here I am trying to spend $1,200.00 with Telstra with an hour of their opening time free to me before I have to be at work & it's all too hard for them to treat customers like customers. Michael explained everything so well. Any questions were answered thoroughly. We didn't have to wait long and We were very happy with the service.
The store itself is very clean and tidy with very easy access.
Hopefully the ongoing service is just as good.
