Absolutely appalling service; took 8 weeks to get the NBN connected and if anything went wrong they blamed us and took no respsonsibility themselves. And when trying to find out what was happening, they could never find our order or account. And now it's running we have to get the old number back ourselves. Worst service, support and interest I have ever received from a business; we wouldn't have used them except they were theonly ones offering an a phone only plan on the NBN and they forced us to change or be cutoff. Avoid at all costs or you'll be wasting heaps of time following it up yourself. And now I can't login to my Telstra account and the password retrieval won't recognise my details, but it does recognise my email address. THE WORST SERVICE EVER ...
