They chipped and scratched a wheel after a tyre change. When I came back to show them they didn't accept any responsibility and just rudely said it was them as they couldn't possibly have done it. Cheats! Take photos of your wheels before and after they change your tyres! I learned the hard way

Very unhappy. I purchased 4 Pirelli PZERO tyres for my prized 2002 HSV on July 7. While the new tyres were being fitted, the gold finish on one of the rims was damaged. Fortunately, I was watching what was going on, and when I raised this with the tyre fitters, I was directed to a "manager". After some discussion, I was given a discount on my purchase, but still I'm now having to get the damage repaired. A few days later (July 10) I notice that one of the balance weights on a rim is hanging loose. The balance weights had been stuck over the top of the adhesive left behind from the old balance weights. I have purchased tyres from these folks many times, and had no issue, but I have to say, this is the worst experience I have had with them. I can provide photographic evidence if required.

This company is a rip off. They ruin all 4 alloy wheels during the job, they where brand new and now they are full of scuffs, marks, and scratch.
I get back to them showing a picture before and after the intervention, and they deny any responsibility. They were extremely rude, and the attitude was clearly dishonest. They ask you question and when you are going to reply they turn you their back and walk away.
I also realise that they put tyres manufactured 2 years ago (estimated tyre lifespan is 5 years).
I later find out they already have similar reviews on the web so is a common practise for them, and many complained about it.
In conclusion, with a cheap price you receive old tyres, and your alloy wheels damaged for sure. I also paid for alignment, I wouldn't be surprise if that is bad too.
I would't recommend this to anyone if you care about your car and you don't want to be ripped off.

Fantatic prices and a great selectrion of brands on offer. I recently needed 2 new tyres but ended up buying 4 just because the prices at Tempe were so good. I've bought Dunop, Kumho and Michelin from them in different sizes for my 2 cars and my mother in law's car. Even if it's quite a long drive for me these days I reckon I'll buy my next set of tyres here because I know I dont have to negotiate on price - just check availibility online the day before.
