Terrible...

Sick of hearing from reception, "I'm only a casual here, so I don't know". The last time was after a request for a laundry bag and slip, that should have been in my room. But there have been several occasions I have heard this, like the time I asked for a cut lunch to be prepared (done on several occasions on previous visits).



If you need the internet, don't stay here. On Thursday night ... not working. Same Friday AM. Went home for the weekend "It will be fixed very soon".



Came back that Sunday night. No internet and no e-mail. But, "It will be fixed by the IT bloke tomorrow". But on Monday PM was told "It was the IT bloke's RDO. It will be fixed tomorrow. Same every morning and evening. It is now Thursday.



I give up.



Next week's booking is about to be cancelled ... and the week after.
