I had the worst experience with this company. Do not use them. Supposed to arrive at 9, showed up 8:20 but left to get a part for a vacuum cleaner and came back 4 hours later and then decided not to do the job. Looks like a common occurrence. I will never use them again and encourage you all to save your money or use it elsewhere.
$600 for 2 people for 12 hours. "Not responsible for walls upstairs- bathrooms, toilet, bedrooms and living area completed. Downstairs - kitchen, laundry, toilet completed. Living areas excluded" what the h*** did you do in the those hours. Its not a big house. Myself and my mum with 1 broken hand are doing a better job in 1 going over your horrid job in 12 hours. Get your act together... Worst clean ever
As the reviewer is aware the original cleaners he booked attended the property and decided that they were not prepared to do it. There were issues with the condition of the paintwork at the property which I assume is the reason why the original cleaners refused the job. The reviewer is correct that the cleaners spent 12 hours cleaning at the property as quoted. Unfortunately
there was more work required. Whilst the reviewer cares to lay the blame upon the cleaners for the amount of work required to get the property past inspection. The reality is if it has been neglected during his tenancy then he bears responsibility. If the property is in poor condition on entry then it is essential to make note of all issues at the time. Ultimately if the cleaners can only perform 12 hours work in 12 hours.
unreliable, unprofessional and very expensive. I will not use their services again.
LillyFred i found the same issues as you have had the house wasnt even cleaned had to get cleaners back 3 times what a hassell . not worth the money at all
