Tried the Tennants Union several times on the morning of 22/01/21. After going through the long menu a recorded message advises that they are unable to take my call. Then clicked on the 'website' button only to get an error 404 message. Then tried a different link, choose to email the to be given the message that thier in box was full. they may have some relevant information but I don't know how to get it.
Been there for several times. Last time visit was this afternoon. There was a lady came after me after quite a long wait she talked to the receptionist desk and said "who's the next person? Not too long wait hopefully". And guess who is the next person. She is the next person. Everyone was queueing for long hour, I don't know how do they manage the queue and whether they understand the system of queueing or not. It seems like if you have important issues you can just skip the person before you and the receptionist is more than happy to help you.
