Tender Gourmet Butchery might not be a name that a lot of people are aware of, but it certainly creates a good impression to the locals. With several shops serving all over town, the one at Eastgate Bondi Junction is a small store yet packs a great punch with spacious layout and modern looking fit outs and decor. The dark ambiance of the store makes the store feel premium and well kept.

There are of course a lot of meats to offer. In addition to the fresh meats at the front glass display, there are also dry meat in what they named dry meat aging room at the rear of the store with hanging meats that you can see from the front through the floor-to-ceiling glass windows.

The staffs at the store are quite attentive and prompt, and with comparable prices on their fresh offerings, it is one shop that I will definitely go back to.
