Chris Moraitis, the founder of Doncaster East's 'Tender Trap Restaurant Bar', gets extremely excited about food. Withe help of head chef David Stewart, the restaurant serves an eclectic bunch of dishes to a loyal dining public from Monday to Saturday.
The menu drifts between traditional European meals to eccentric Asian tinged Modern Australian dishes (such as Canadian sea scallops with a peanut butter parfait and strawberry jelly).

I can't speak highly enough of the lovely service we received. We had a table of about 9 before christmas last year. As a vegan dining out it can be quite difficult, particularly when others choose the restaurant. The male waiter absolutely looked after me, changing meals to suit my needs, nothing was a problem. One of our diners fell ill before the main arrived, so she had to be driven home by another of our guests. Even though their meals were on the way and we said it was fine to charge us for these, we were not charged. I'm sorry it's taken me so long to write this review, but I have told many people!
