At Tender Value we pride ourselves in our ability to make the best gluten free sausages in Australia.
We make sausages with over 35 different flavours. Flavours which represent various countries like Moroccan Lamb & Raisin and Thai Chicken & Basil and Coconut Cream.

As well as a catering business we have a multi award winning Butcher Shop so we have access to the very best of meats.
Our beef has won top honours at the Royal Easter Show.

The meats we use are different to most others because our buying power allows us to use only Prime cuts (i.e.) Prime Rump and Baby Lamb etc.
We don’t ever use the cheaper cuts such as silverside or topside.

Our buying power allows us to give generous servings because there is no middleman.

Our salads are made fresh every day from the best of ingredients and our sauces are preservative free.
There are a wide selection of gourmet and traditional salads to choose from.

We have over 15 years of catering experience.
We also give our staff extensive training so that you can relax and let us take control without any fuss.
