I really like this shop. I've never seen a speed radar in a hitting area before. I was able to measure the speed I could achieve with each different racquet I tried. Of course, this didn't help me to determine spin or accuracy, but at least I could measure power. Brilliant. And the staff were very helpful too (especially the guy with the American accent).

An incredible store. Tucked in behind a storage facility, this store is like a magical world. The racquet wall is maybe 30m long and chocked full of all the big brands and popular models. I was like a kid in a candy store. They have a hitting area with a speed gun for checking which racquets have the most power. I couldn't have been happier with the store and the friendly service I received.

I purchased Wilson tennis shoes from here and I was told that if there are any issues, replacement and refund will be issued. After using these shoes only twice I started having the foot injuries. I wanted to replace them, but the guy straight away said no to refund. My entire money has gone waste. Beware of such folks.

Yagya sorry that you weren't happy with our service today. We are able to refund shoes purchased within 30 days if you have not worn them or if there is a manufacturing fault. As you mentioned to our staff you had worn them several times and did not like the shoes. We are unable to offer a refund when you have used the shoes.

We did offer a discount off a new pair of shoes which you declined at the time.

Please note if you feel the problem you experienced with the shoes was due to a manufacturing issue we welcome you to return the shoes (you can send us an email to [email protected] and we will assist you). We would have to show them to Wilson to approve the return.

You offered me a discount without adjusting the cost of the pair of shoes in question. Which is obviously another sale you were trying to impose on me. The shoes were purchased within a week timeframe and I wore them twice before I started getting injuries in my left feet. Still, you keep telling me that I have worn them several times. This is a good excuse to not accept the returns.

I stopped using those shoes as soon as I realized that this badly hurting my feet. I personally checked the shoes and it all seems to be in the same condition I bought. If the shoes are damaged in few uses only, then why you sell such poor quality stuff and yet try to sell six months warranty?

I am not responsible to determine the manufacturing fault. All I care is about the comfort and the value of the money I paid.

I learnt the hard way that online shopping is a much better option where the better customer service is guaranteed.

I was told this was the place to go in Melbourne for advice on racquets. I wasn't disappointed. The guy who served me had an American accent and knew his stuff. He recommended I try a few racquets in their hitting area which has a speed gun behind a rebound net to check the power I could achieve from the various models. This was a huge help. I ended up buying two racquets and will take my wife and daughter there soon too to get them sorted out. Thanks Tennis Warehouse Australia!

Dropped my tennis racquet off on Wednesday. Four days later I went to pick it up as I hadn't been text yet (yes that's 4) and they still had not restring my racquet. I had to wait till it was strung which made me miss my tennis booking, costing me $30. No offer to discount the price was made and I am very disappointed. Will take my business to somewhere like tennis only or the NTC next time.

Our staff had alerted us to our error before your review. We are very sorry for the mistake we made with your restring. When entering your job into our database one of our staff had put in a pickup date later in the month instead of today. This meant we didn't have your racquet ready when you arrived and we have inconvenienced you. We are very sorry for this mistake and we will make sure all staff are made aware of your issue so we don't mix this up with any future customers. We did restring your racquet on the spot when you arrived and obviously it took 20 minutes which we are very sorry for.
