Here at Tensegrity Studio Tracey combines Pilates teaching and creative arts effectively to achieve wellness and optimal health with her clients. She started her training in 1998 and since then she has been teaching Pilates with ever increasing passion and enthusiasm, both in studio sessions and group mat classes. We ensure correct recruitment of muscles for more fluid movement, great posture & increased body control in prevention and rehabilitation of injuries. You will then achieve a balanced body, which looks and feels vital and refreshed.

Tracey Nicholson runs Tensegrity Studio and she is a Pilates practitioner and Somatic Movement Therapist with extensive experience in education & rehabilitation together with a dance performance background. she focuses on approaches to exercise rehabilitation using the Pilates Method, Hanna Somatics and Gyrokinesis®
