Have never been a big fan of camping but the wife and kids wanted to try. We went to a few places online and also physical stores and finally settled on Tent World to visit. Their staff was informative, friendly and helpful in spending the time with us to choose the correct camping gear we needed to have an enjoyable camping experience. They have everything you need from 1 man swags through to fully kitted out tarps, tents, cooking, lighting etc etc. Over the last 3 yrs we have found them to be reasonably well priced and often VERY well priced compared to other stores. I bought a hammock online as a gift, I selected the pick up option from the Windsor store and within an hour I received an email saying I could go and collect!
I went into the store, spoke to a salesperson and told them I was there to collect an online purchase, it was behind their counter, all wrapped up ready to go!
It was a completely seamless, well organised transaction, the staff member was very friendly and overall it was a completely stress-free, easy experience! Will definitely go back any time I need something from a camping shop!
