The service center on Parramatta road is the worst, I dropped my car off for a registration inspection and a wheel alignment and they said we can't do it today come back on the 31st o won't be going back there again.

Was there to look for a New Car. The Staff is Rude, the Management is the Worst. No manners to talk to the customers - and no courtesy or politeness. They would not be employed any where with that attitude. Guess, thats why they were working there on the Weekend. Disgraceful service, staff talking about customers right in front of us (customers as well) & proceeded to talk about us too, in front of us. Unfortunately, lost our business and had 5 other people who were after cars, lost their business too.

Bought a new car from John T at Terry Shields Toyota - he was so lovely and professional - explained everything really well. They provided me with a great price and really looked after me well - ask for John T - he's fantastic to deal with.

Bought a used camry from them. Felt, except for the actual sales staff rest all are quite rude. Not a good experience but liked the car so had to stick with them. The day we did the payment the management said they have misplaced the log book and duplicate keys so told to come next day.n next day when we went to collect the keys n log book they said they have lost the log book and keys and they have to get new ones.dint know what to tell.one rep says they misplaced and one rep says they have lost. asked us to leave our car there for a day n as complimentary they would service the car.so v left the car in their service center and later got keys and a new log book was posted to our address. again dint wanted to talk to them so just left it.after some days again got call telling they forgot do some filter change to the AC during servicing so again leave the car for a day in their service center. Bought a new Corolla there recently and she runs beautifully. Great customer service and helped with warranty and servicing. Will buy again. Thanks guys!
