Terry White Chemist Mentone

This is now our local chemist. They are always happy to keep our scripts and order my sons special formula! The MedAdvisor app is amazing and I can order ahead and pick up. All the staff are lovely!

Worst customer service experienced by a chemist - asked staff member if they could check their store room for something that they ran out of - outright refused. Miserable experience - avoid!

Walking into the new Terry White in Thrift Park Mentone I am always greated with smiles and great service. The team there are always ready to help with great advice especially with my baby and toddler! Their prices are very competitive and will deliver to my home when I cant get in when my kids are ill. Well done Terry White Mentone !

I went in to Terry White Chemist (in the old Thrift Park) where I had been a customer for 20 years and handed my mothers 16 scripts to them, along with 3 pill dispenser to fill up on a weekly basis. They looked at me quizzically and asked if I could produce the empty jars and packets the medicines originally came in. (???) As they were at the hospital 30 km away where my mother had just been discharged from, I said no, I couldnt. Then they told me they were not going to fill the prescriptions and to take them to my mothers own chemist. As Warren Ritchie Pharmacy at Mt Eliza is 45 km away I said I would be unable to get there that day. They said they could not help me. Anyway, I took the16 scripts to the Good Health Pharmacy in Como Parade Mentone and had them filled out straight away without any fuss.

Is great they have great service and really good help. They help you with what you need and arnt just there to make a dollar. For alot of the medicines there they have their own cheaper brand that dose the same as the expensive brands. They also have delivery for people that cant pick it up.

Really good chemist, well recommended.
