Terry White Chemists - Narangba

Absolutely concur with the previous reviewer. I found a senior staff so inflexible and arrogant when I queried the price of an item. She was not apologetic nor offered any solution or suggestion. Just whatever she says, goes and just turned her back. Prices are higher than my usual chemist so I don't know why I even bothered coming here. I tried to deal with another Terry White who are a little bit friendlier but apparently I had to deal with this chemist directly as each Terry White has a different owner. There's plenty of other chemist around the area, so I wont be coming back at this store again. I wished there was an option with no stars.

I will never fill a script with Terry White again! completely unprofessional, incompetent staff. The first time my wife had just had surgery and I attempted to collect the script at Terry White Narangba on her behalf and they refused to give it to me without consulting with the prescribing doctor first, sending me home. They told me they would call within the hour. We did not hear from them. As my wife had undergone private surgery we had our doctors number so after 2 hours of intense pain my wife called him directly only to be told that the pharmacy had not even been contacted by them. She was obviously in no position to collect the prescribed medication, so her doctor called the pharmacy directly to ensure that her "maori" husband would be able to collect on her behalf. A busy pharmacy but always plenty of staff available to assist along with a broad range of products etc. Nice and handy in our local area.#reviewtowin
