Terry White Chemists

While the upper level chemist is great with excellent customer service i made the mistake of visiting the lower level store.The male pharmacist who served me was rude condescending and deliberately embarrassed me.He thinks he has the right to raise his voice and talk over customers when what he really needs to learn is manners and basic listening skills.Shame on him! I will be taking this complaint higher with a recording of this disgraceful behaviour.Stick with upper level chemist.

The staff here are top notch and the range is amazing! cheaper on most things than chemist warehouse. Keep it up.
