Looks neat and clean. Shop looks well stocked. Had one of my worst shopping experiences ever there. Other staff working are ok. Too many uncaring staff. They are pretty much useless, service-wise. Staff won't come out from behind the counters to meet you or help you. I spent ages trying to find a particular item. Finally, I went over to a staff working alone in the front cubicle counter/till area. They saw me coming, and decided to dodge me. They grabbed up a pile of folders they had been working on as I reached the counter in question. They actually knocked me slightly sidewards as they rushed by me. The question I started to ask them was not answered. I thought to myself, well, if I am going to get bad service, why pay top dollar. I might as well shop on price at a discounter or a major supermarket chain. The shop has too many staff, including pharmacists. The older more mature more experienced and caring staff are missing. A very clean, large chemist with a range of health/pharmaceutical products. The pricing is competitive and the staff are mostly friendly and helpful and are happy to offer personalised service.
