Loved the service. They gave me very good therapeutic advice, and followed through with products that really made a difference. Ill be making this my regular chemist from now on!

This chemist has a decent range of cosmetics, but apart from the lovely lady at the frangrance/cosmetic section the customer service is not very good. There is always a very long wait for prescriptions no matter if it's busy or quiet. I had my prescriptions all changed to generics without even being asked or told they were being changed. I also had my repeats misplaced and told they had no idea where they were. I think experience plays a big part in good customer service and it seems that there is a great lack of it here.
