Very unprofessional and wasted my time. Was promised inspection times. Emailed with no reply, called left voicemails, no reply. Finally got through, found out staff member has left after 2 weeks of trying to contact. Organised inspection time. The day before I was organised to travel, had filled out all applications, I get an email to say the property is gone.

BEWARE!! Just awfull, awfull, awfull service. No problem solving even when you give them direction. Unprofessional mannerism, any good reviews are from there friends to provide a high rating. Many months on and still have ongoing issues! Minus zero stars *

This crew is extremely unprofessional, unethical and just out right useless. The amount of misleading information given just to secure a property is outrageous. The rental team comprises of "young hot heads" that cannot string a truthful sentence together, let alone do their job.
They should be ashamed of themselves and even going to management, they do not do anything about their poor staff.
Shame of them - DO NOT RENT OR SELL WITH THEM YOU WILL BE SORRY – 0 – STARS

If I could rate them a zero then I would. Rude, unhelpful, not willing to listen, inept and generally just incapable of doing their jobs. They make false statement and promises and I would never recommend them to anyone.
