I am a loyal customer to Texas Nails, I do not leave alot of reviews but I came across this one negative review by werxj and I am totally baffled, I think that review is for another salon.
l have been going here for a few years now and it is popular with locals because the service is exceptional, the attention to detail is fantastic, they are very friendly and speak English very well. They remember their patrons names and even though I have moved, I continue to return.
Very popular and very cheap, according to the frequent nail patrons. The drawback is the staff did not speak English. That was a few years back and I never went back after. A few of the staff were impatient and rude. Got really angry at me as a customer for their own mistake and rush, although I did not understand what they said, but their shouting, tone of voice and gestures betrayed much. Quality of the manicure pedicure was OK and the owner was nice. It remained popular nowadays. Hope the service has improved.
