Went to thai boat for dinner tonight with my partner 22/10/2016 after neally going to fish cafe and olivers at manly and wow aren't we glad we stopped in , we were greeted by the most friendliest staff we have ever encountered at any restaurant 5 star . The food was absolutely amazing , the restaurant was full and meals were still brought out quickly, the food is by far the best thai in the bayside , I highly recommend if you love thai food .
Have attended with Thai Restuarant 5 years running on Halloween night. Was once quite good but attended last night and it was horrible. Waited 30 mins just to have wait staff take an order. Then got a nice entre. Had tio wait all up 1 hour for two main meals which were very average. I noticed in the interim that the carpets and seats were quite grubby. Redland Shire Council should attend and go through the place.
Very slack service was the main gripe but also the food was below average. Will not return next year but have found a top Thai at Milton.
We go here every year for the Manly Halloween Parade for dinner and just last night went to the restaurant. I've got to say it's very good Thai. The atmosphere could do with a slight improvement, but staff are very friendly, the food is delicious every time. We have ordered Jasmine rice, Coconut Rice, Beef Cashew Stir fry (my favourite), Yellow Curry, Thai Spring Rolls and Satay Chicken at various visits and all are very Delicious. We haven't had a single problem with them. So nice to find a Fantastic Thai Restaurant
this is my fave thai restaraunt, i live just around the corner we frequent this place, the chef is good everytime we've been there, pricey but worth it, in my humble opinion, u must try the crunchy chicke, its in the kids menue, i like my rice gluggy so.... there ya go
beautiful lovely staff, very nice service but meal was disappointing. curry puffs really dry and chewy, curry tasted very nice but less chicken and more vegetables were in there, rice was very stuck together. need to throw in more meat in curries and cook rice a bit like indian restaurants. STARS GO TO THE STAFF.
