Thai Imperial Mae Ping Restaurant & Takeaway

My favourite Thai place in the Parkdale area. When dining in the service is quick and attentive. My favourite dish on the menu and the reason why i continue to come back is the Penang Curry with Rice and Roti. They did have a takeaway early bird special which I never utilised and heard it was a bit of a flop, so I would recommend booking a table (as its a small venue) and dining in.

The customer service is abysmal and the food is absolutely disgusting.

On Monday 25th August I placed a large takeaway order (about $90 worth) in store and notice promotional signs all over the store offering and "early bird" style deal where you get 10% off if you order before 6:30pm (which I did). I asked the staff who took my order and payment (by eftpos) if staff had applied the 10% discount and staff assured me that they had.
There was only one other customer in the restaurant so things were pretty quite. Whilst waiting for my order I was reading through the menu checking out other dishes I might want to order next time (I was bored and trying to pass time). I love this restaurant, it is has the best green chicken curry & curry puffs and is very well priced. The decore is a little daggy but the food is well worth it!
