Thai Mekong Restaurant

My husband and toddler have just waited an hour and twenty minutes in the foyer for takeaway. This is not good enough! We are locals and will never be going here again.

Possibly the worst, most watered down, bland and boring Thai food I have ever had!!!

Really bad thai food. Very bland in flavour. Not at all authentic. And expensive to boot. Their curries all have cheap chicken powder in them which is just not done in Thai cooking. It's cheating! And rubbish. Plus people avoiding gluten and vegetarians cannot eat them. Buy some fish stock guys, a little galangal... corriander... heck, I coulda cooked a much better meal from a women's weekly cook book.

If you like greasy poor quality Thai then this is the place for you. the view is great, the food is average.

This place has it all; great service, great food, great atmosphere and above all - great view! Having a table near the window at sunset is fantastic. I go here regularly because of the fantastic experience.
